Does anyone have any idea what the Error Code #2034 means on a Stratasys Mojo 3d Printer? It is not listed in the manual.
The error means that the build chamber did not reach temperature in the expected time.
This happens to us when the temps are cold out in the shop. Restarting the build always solves the problem for us but it could also indicate a chamber heater has failed.

If the error I am getting was listed in the manual I would not have posted the question.
The chamber seems to be getting hot. I usually put a blanket over it when it is extremely cold [~40 degrees F] in the garage. Perhaps it overheated and took out the temperature sensor.

Looking through the log file, it seems the temperatures are very low.
You expect to see lines like this:
-partHeadTemp 150 -supportHeadTemp 114 -envTemp 70
I think the idle temp for the heads is around 100 and the envelope 70.
When you get the errors on your system the temperatures look strange and I believe they are outside of the range that the hardware can read: At least on the larger systems, they can not read a value below 80 (if memory serves) and if you ever see an abnormally low or high number it indicates a board or wiring type of fault.
Yours displays the following when it fails:
partHeadTemp 4 -supportHeadTemp 10 -envTemp 9
This is also very strange to me because the temperature sensor for the build chamber is on the middle (main?) board and the head sensors are read from the head board. The fact that all 3 are showing very low numbers seems very odd to me.
I think this could indicate a board problem or possibly a power supply problem as that is the only thing I can think of that would affect all 3 heat sources.
I would suggest that you contact Stratasys corporate support. Don’t go through a reseller. The corporate support people have been very helpful and I believe they have their customers best interest in mind. I can not say this about the local resellers I have dealt with.
Only other thing I would say to try is a good ole power cycle. Make sure to unplug the system for about 30 seconds as it takes a loooong time to discharge the power supply. I have had all kinds of trouble from these systems if a power cycle is just a quick flip of the switch.

In looking through the log file myself I have seen many ‘$errorCmd {1494580199} -text “ATX 5V fault” -code 36’ messages’.
I will try unplugging the unit and letting it sit a while before attempting another print.
I will also try contacting Stratasys support directly as my reseller is nigh unto unhelpful.
