How strong would a full scale iron man helmet be if printed in proto-pasta stainless steel? Would it break if dropped? How much force would be needed in order for it to break? the stainless steel powder contained within the filament does not actually give the material structural properties like steel. It is mostly for cosmetic applications, where you want a realistic metal look, that you can also nicely polish to a shine. Since it also makes the part a lot heavier, it will very likely break into two or more pieces if you even drop it from table height. So not a lot of force will be needed to break it.
