Hello, yesterday i was updating my hub and i tried my update as a customer. The results shows me that my customers can’t see all my available materials for FDM but only 3 on the 5 ! This is due to the filter when you click “prototyping plastic”, it excludes my semiflex and wood philament. So if a customer doesn’t ask to the semiflex or other exotic plastic, he won’t be able to see them on my Hub. I’m afraid the way 3DHub is restricting the FDM to only PLA, ABS or PETG when you click “prototyping plastic”. I did not receive an answer from the support which could be understandable from my point of view. But i know the monney is a better reason, as SLA or SLS coumd make more monney than FDM…financial story i guess.
