Does anyone else own these printers if so how is your experience going? I have both and I’m looking for someone who has tweaked their unit for better performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Hi,

I own a Pharaoh ED and I am happy with it’s performance. Source code is available at git and the support will for sure help you with an update software I you have not the latest software available.

It depends if your hardware matches mine.Can you send me your firmware version ?

You could also ask at "support@massportal.com" for a firmware update tool. They send me one which automatically detects the version and provides the latest one.
