Hi there, new to the field, I was trying to print out an island using Terrain2STL, however, the landscape of the mountains was not as detailed or raised as I thought it would be…am I doing something wrong?

Hi, Terrain2STL is quite low resolution so details don’t render well. If you want it more raised then you can scale the z axis in your slicer.
Hi Davek, thanks for the reply, oh I see. I’ll try scaling the z axis but do you know of any other programs that will return a higher resolution for map printing?
