Hello 3D Hubs community, thanks for having this space, please we’d like your help to make work this printer at my friends office, I promise you a photo soon. He made a great table attached to the wall for it.
We are using a Kossel plus printer, with unheated bed and PLA material. it is our first time using 3d printers even we are decided to make it work
this machine was brought to us by a friend, we don’t know anything about it’s past, probably has some kind of vice which could be solved… or not
for the past week we’ve been reading and learning more about these tecnologies

but the bed does not heat at all, it’s not suposed, it’s made of glass
We tried to modify at the config.h file the value from 5 to 0 but the same error occurs.
We use Anycubic software on it, we have the software from Merling which we haven’t tried because we advanced more with Anycubic
For now we are learning to calibrate it with other software but at one point we need to execute some printing order and we fall into this step.

I don’t know the machine but I would start with the supplied software and see if the issue persists.
You problem could be caused by the software and not the printer.
