For this week’s project, I cast Chocolate Terracotta Warriors in a mold taken from a 3d printed original. The same process can be use with all kinds of other edibles.

Oh wow! This is awesome! I’ve never used the smooth on food-safe casting resin, but it seems like it’s very similar to most of their other casting resins. I think I might have to order some and have some fun with this, great article :D.
It was pointed out to me on another forum, that while all platinum cured resins are technically food safe, Smooth-on only sells one of their resins as certified food safe.
The process was much easier then I had expected.

Hi, everyone!
I am trying to print chocolate with Zmorph but it is really hard to adjust proper temperature and texture for chocolate. I have been trying with couverture type. How could you catch the right texture? Which temperature and viscosity is the right one to print an excellent 3D chocolate pieces without spreading? Did you measure the other parameters?
Please share any tips you know!
