Maker Select Plus 3D Printer change filament mid print

I have been trying to change filament mid print with no success. I am using Cura 3.2.1 and using the “stop at height” plug in. The printer will stop, i use the menu to unload filament, load filament, and resume. Upon resuming, the printer goes through the motions as if it was printing, but it doesn’t actually extrude any filament. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a new fimrware that fixes this? is there a special gcode i ned to add?

Have you tried manually pausing, and manually changing filaments? Or g-code pause, with manual filament change?

It’s probably the filament settings in your 3D printer which are causing troubles. Or else, you can change the filament to see the difference it makes. Consult your user manual for the best outcomes.
