good evening 3d hub, im new here. I need some help guys and girls, I know hardly anything dealing with software and alike but i would love to learn. I got the 3d printer to help mend that and so i can do rapid prototyping as we all are. Im having some issues that are really annoying and the company prusa isnt doing much to help.
1) ive replaced the thermostat on the nozzle so that error is gone
2) while trying to heat the nozzle, the bed temp on lcd raises and i get max bed temp error
3) X axis homes fine, Y axis homes fine but Z axis doesnt home, stepper motor keeps stepping
4) cant connect the printer to my computer, is different from the one i used for the cd(i dont have cd player in my labtop)
im just so fed up with this its almost like internally crying and screaming, just a metaphor but that explains my frustration. I need some help, please comment or email or if we can meet up via metro and i will happily show you my problems in person. please and thank you. MakeMeInventor7

For number 2 it sounds like the thermistors are plugged in wrong. It’s a pretty easy fix, if you don’t know how to do this please take a picture of the control board.
thanks miavlator for your comment. I can check and see if it is plugged in wrong, but when i replaced it the connection on the motherboard was pretty easy to find seeing that, that was the only thing i unplugged. I will double check though. Thank you, MakeMeInventor7.

Like Miaviator said for #2: swap the heater wires for the nozzle and the heater bed.
For #3: When the Z axis homes, it doesn’t stop at the end of the travel? Make sure your limit switch is being activated at the end of travel position. Also check the limit switch wiring.
