Maintaining Heat of Heated Plate on Makerbot Replicator 2

I have heated plate for the Makerbot 2. I am able to pre-heat it to 110 degrees Celsius, but it does not maintain that heat when I try to print an object. How do I keep the heated plate going while I print the object so the base layer doesn’t peel off from the plate? I cannot find the setting to change the temperature of the plate during printing.

What slicer are you using? if makerware, you need to change the printer to a 2X to get the heated bed setting. You can also use Simplify3D to give you more control of the printer.
