Hello, I have a roll of pet filament and it has been jammed in my printer, which is a flash forge creator pro. I have loaded the filament but it won’t print out and it is not unloading or extruding. (in my experience now, I am beginning to think this filament is just expensive but very bad quality). I have tried heating the extruding to high temp and attempting to pull it out, but it is not working, any suggestions???
Hello gautam2000 - What temperature are you heating up to? Did this jam happen mid print? I would like to help you. Let me know if we can have a trouble shooting call tomorrow.

Sounds like the nozzle is blocked with hardened lump of filament. Are you able to remove nozzle from the machine?
You should be able to use a hot air gun to heat it up to it’s working temperature and be able to poke in and around both side of the nozzle. You could also use a method of inserting ABS, set the temp to about 180 and performing a cold pull which hopefully will grab the hardened lump thus removing it.
Hello, thank you so much for your help. I have been having some issues with your filament recently because every time I load it into the extruder it is jamming. My extruder is at 250 degrees celsius, and yes this jam happened a few seconds after the print started. I heated the extruder to 280 degrees celsius in an attempt to pull it out, but it is not working. I haven’t had this issue with any other filaments. Is their anyway to resolve this issue without taking apart the extruder?
