I have been running this printer near flawless for months and suddenly it just won’t give me consistent prints. I’m using Print your Mind PLA made in USA. 2.85mm that has been checked for proper diameter with a digital caliper. Nozzle:205 Bed:60 .1mm Fan is running consistently so I don’t think it’s heat creep… Hob bolts been cleaned repeatedly. Multiple cold pulls done but something is still wrong. It will lay down one layer perfectly then only print some of a line or do partial prints on anther later
Well, since you ruled most everything else out, under extrusion like that could be due to a small clog somewhere in the nozzle or in the heat break.
Though… have you run 100mm through the extruder by itself, just to ensure it’s pushing the right amount of plastic through?
My guess is that your nozzle has a small bit of baked plastic, inside, near the tip. You could try taking it off and torching it for a few minutes.
Awesome, I’m going to try and give it a real good cleaning and see if it’s just from build up.
