I am trying to print a chandelier for a historic property. The chandelier was originally made out of bronze or some other material. We are looking to print it using aluminum or something comparable to that.

I am looking for someone to make a digital scan of the object so that it can then be printed. Is it possible to make the scan without taking the chandelier off from the ceiling? What would something like this cost? Who would I go to get this process done?

I was told by 3D Hubs that I need to have the object scanned first and a design made so that it can then be printed. Feel free to reply to this with suggestions and other information that you might think would be necessary. Thank you for your help!

I am looking to have the design done in a .stl or .obj format.

Hi,
I work as 3D modeler preparing objects and figures for 3d printing.

Scaning sometimes gives irregular surface for a clean surface I recomended to
recreate the model.

Should you wish to see any example of my work I would be pleased to show them to any of the following internet addresses:

If you are interested, email me back, I have very razonale prices.

Kind regards,

David
