I trying to set up a CTC DIY printer. Cannot figure out how to load the filiment. The LED screen / menu seems to be missing the option to load filiment. Do I need to update some software?

The software CTC sent with the printer will not load as my computer states it is curupt. I download CURA and set it up for the CTC printer. What am I missing?
