I just recently got the monoprice mini select v2, and most all of my prints print perfectly. I have done 2 prints without support material and decided to go on to more complex designs that require support material, I generated the material with cura, and slic3r and both times it leaves me with a weird error where the print will not load and it just fills the blue bar to almost max and does nothing. Does anybody have a solution to this?
I’ve seen that before… Did you save from Cura directly to the SD card? If so, the
card’s file system may have been corrupted.
How should I go about fixing this, a new sd card, or save it to my computer first?
In the future, save to the computer first, then copy to the sd card.
You might try deleting any added files. Also, some printers
(Monoprice Mini included) can only handle 256 bytes total for
file names. So, shorter names and avoiding unusual characters
is better.
If you have another sd card (and it’s good to keep a couple around)
format it as simple FAT format. You may end up wasting space on
a larger SD card as FAT can only handle a file system of 2G.
