hello
I have a problem where the layers show more than before on my felix 3.
I didn’t do anything to my printer except lubricate the bearing.
The problem occurd when i printed a gcode witch i have printed a lot of times before so this can’t be the problem.
I tried to tighten the belts but no results.

Hi there. What bearing did you lubricate? The Z axis TR10 spindle? Can you move the z-spindle sideways? I would try to level the bed again, check the bed for warping and finally re-seat the z stage to the big hexagon nut. To do the last one you do the following steps: 1. Lower the bed 100 mm 2. pull the big blue/red/black plastic aka Z stage upwards until it is not connected to the Z brass nut. 3. Align the nut with its’ slot and push the whole bed assembly down to make sure the nut is firmly seated in its’ slot in the plastic. (like in the picture)
If the nut is in the correct position then you should not be able to move the z-spindle sideways. If the spindle does not move sideways then you should not see any z-wobble or layering. Hope this fixes the problem.

Hello First thanks for the answer. I lubricated the linear bearings and the spindle. But i think the problem was that the nozzle was clogged a little bit and that caused unconstant extrusion. I will try to print the model again this evening. Tibo
