Hi Everyone, I’m new to this site, so please be gentle. lol
I have had my printer for a few years now & will good results, but now I have a serious problem & the support department are a bit slow.
The printer fires up to the ‘Starting up’ page, then goes white for about 6 seconds, then black/blank for less than a second, then back to the starting up page - repeatedly.
Anyone got any ideas???
I’ve tried re-installing the software on to the internal SD card - no help - pffft.

Not yet. Leapfrog obviously don’t care. I saw their sales team at a expo and even they didn’t help.
I have a couple of ideas.

I haven’t tried to install new firmware on to the internal SD card. So I will try that possible solutions tomorrow maybe! You’ll hear from me

I managed to fix the issue by reinstalling the software on the internal SD card. As an additional step, before writing with Win32 Disk Imager, format the SD card. before formatting I got errors from the Win32 Disk softwaye saying it did not have access. Hope you will fix yours too!!
