Layers aren't level

I have a consistent layer shifting on the Z axis and i don’t know whats wrong. the bed is level and the X and Y axes don’t have a problem.

Since the patter repeats itself it indicates it may be a mechanical issue.
Need more details though.
Material, slicer, temps, speeds etc. Otherwise we are just guessing.

How many perimeters and what is the infill pattern and % of infill?
