Lamp does not start

Hi all. I can´t work with My Aureus EnvisionTec. The lamp doesn’t come out. Anytimes start it, but short time lamp down.

I changed for other lamp (ancient), again the nwe lamp and this one don´t start. All my jobs stopped. Does anyboby know it maybe happening?

you check all fan at projector it’s work?

if fan stop lamp is down.

Only the lamp turns off?
Does the projector continue to work? Or the projector is turned off too?

My Perfactory Micro show message Light engine failed to start and message that one of usb is not recognizable> Please some one help to resolve matter.
