I have a Form 2 printer and live/work in the greater Los Angeles area (Valencia, 91355). A printer I would think that would have a high demand. I have set up, IMHO, a nice looking hub with many pics, lots of info, we invoice, ship, pickup, have a huge variety of resin in stock, etc. So far about 1,000 views and not one order.

Is this normal? Are our prices too high or anything else you can think of that might be turning people away? https://www.3dhubs.com/los-angeles/hubs/qmp-inc

Hi @qmpusa a month really isn’t that long and as others have said, your visibility right now will be low because you’ve no orders, no reviews. It is a catch-22 situation, but if your hub looks good and you’re competitive with prices, you will get orders and your position in results should rise, leading to more orders and so on.

I’m FDM only (at the moment) so I can’t speak from experience, but as @twiesner suggested, SLA prints are likely to be a little more specialist so it could be that the early days (weeks, months) will be slower than with FDM.
