Hey Guys, I have 2 .stl files. I joined them together using Simplify 3D. After printing they snap right off. For example if I wanted to print a body and a head. The body and head are different files. I join the files together in simplify 3D. When printing is complete it printed as 1 part but really 2 parts. Inside the body where the head touches the body, it printed a bottom layer inside the body just like the head is a separate print. How do I join 2 .stl’s to make them print layer by layer as 1 file. Thanks.

They are two separate objects, you need to take them to a 3d modeler software and make them one solid object and export as one stl file.
