My printer just stopped no life no lights no bells no whistles. I turned it on and off nothing why??

May I ask you to provide more information about your printer? Like producer, model, nature of the issue and so on. So other people can try to help you.

Your first mistake was hooking up lights, bells, and whistles to a 3d printer.

What type of printer do you have?
When you last used it, did it work fine, and then it now just stopped.
I am not trying to be funny here, but -> Did you blow a fuse? Did you try in a different socket? Also, are you sure it is plugged in completely where the cord meets the power supply on the printer?
