We are very disappointed with Ira3D. Having ordered and paid for the new Infinity printer on October 4, 2015 (with the written promise of having it delieverd within two weeks, thus around October 18, 2015), we still haven’t received anything else than broken promises, both from the sales team as well as the CEO himself. This all is a highly disappointing experience, and I do not recommend doing business with them.

Hi Michael,
I have never heard heard of this printer but it does look interesting. Please keep us updated!
Thanks,

I was one of the first customer whom purchased the Poetry Infinity of Ira3d and this printer is not so bad.
The price is good and although delivery times were longer than expected I have to say that I felt confortable with this company.
The printer is very good, amazing is its printing volume and also the final result of the printed objects pleased me a lot.
It is a multi-talented 3d printer but a prior experience with 3D printers is needed to use it.
@Michael_Friedri Did you ever receive the printer from Ira3D? Any good?
I disagree, I bought my printer from ira3d and got it on time. The printer works fine and the customer care is really good. They even contacted me for the setup! It happens that I have some trouble with the prints but I call and they always help me
After a series of personal - written and verbal - insults by their CEO, we finally received the printer on Christmas 2015. Certainly, the product is works quite well, but we are disappointed by (i) the huge delay, (ii) the pressure we had to make to get the product, and (iii) the level of maturity of their CEO.
Ordered the IRA3d Poetry Infinity printer for my company, accessories, and a shipment of filaments.
Shipping - Was prompt and efficient for including overseas freight and customs. Packaging of the printer was excellent - Metal enforcement as well as packaging surrounding the printer.
No more than 3 weeks in total from start to delivery.
Printer worked with little effort out of box (as first time user), saving the tech support for when we really need it.
Printer Build Quality - Engineered very well. Slight coil whine from electronics.
Minor shipping error with our 2 spools out of 24 that we ordered, immediately resolved by IRA3d (very professional, and great customer service that we have encountered so far, very patient with customers)
Successfully printed items after bed leveling, and a few minor tweaks to slicing settings.
USB still a bit buggy, but does connect and respond to most commands. Will be looking into that in more detail with tech support in near future. We are thinking it’s driver/software glitch. Maybe a firmware update?
Ideally, I would like to order another in time. I will be interested in seeing where this company goes with future models and accessories.
I like this printer, and company.
Not sure where you get the scam part but they have been nothing but wonderful so far, other than the shipping snafu (but as of the 3/15/2016 I have the filaments that got lost in transit.
I have a copy of their last firmware that also gets the wifi working on the controller which is a speedyboard made by http://www.gh-enterprise.it/
I’ve tried to get ahold of GH but months without response.
I also have a stl file of the red 3d printed part cooling fan
Enclosed is a google drive link to the zip files. These are the last files i was able to get via email through their support before IRA3d’s website went down and emails deliverable. Hope this helps. I have already built 3 machines since owning this one.

Lots of tweaks, but the one that seems to help me the most was reducing the machines acceleration from factory 9000 to 2000-3000. After you update with this firmware (follow the instructions), you will be able to edit settings on the touch screen.
I have also built machine profiles for CURA 3.6, as well material profile for PETG, PLA, Nylon, and ABS.
ABS requires bed adhesion modification. If you get stuck, email venturefabrications@gmail.com or find us on facebook.
Hope this helps.
