When using the Idea Builder software, a student will import their file and it looks fine. Then when they push build and it is done downloading to the printer, the file on the software is incomplete. Whole sections are missing. It looks okay on the screen of the printer though. When it prints it will not print the complete object. Say the object has a base and then pieces missing in the software, the printer will print the base and then the rest - nothing. I am not sure how to fix this.
