Hi Guys,

My name is Felipe and I need to develop a tool to cut and seal my pastry product, empanadas.

At the moment we seal the product with a coffee press and we fold each product by hand, which is very nice and personal but time consuming and not very efficient.

I need to develop a tool capable to seal the product with different patterns in order to distinguish each flavour. This tool could also be able to cut the excess dough.

At the moment there are some alternatives in the market, however they are not the right tool for my product for different reasons such as dimensions, patterns, efficiency and ergonomics. (See samples below)

What I need to develop is:

  • A commercial kitchen utensil, durable and resistant.
  • A mould with different patterns to press, seal and cut the product.
  • An ergonomic, easy to use tool ( similar to image n 1)
  • A crescent shape, heavy mould to press and close the product with one motion.
  • I need three different diameters: 100 mm – 140 mm – 180 mm
  • I imagine something like a mix between image 1 and 3. With a similar handler and half of the press of number 3.

If you can help me with this would be great, Please feel free to contact me on

empanadas73@gmail.com

Regards,

Felipe Gore
