I am getting marked off by clients for my shipping time, when I have downloaded printed and and shipped the prints on the same exact day the order was paid for and the clients are marking me off because USPS is taking so long to deliver! HOW CAN FIX THIS? Same day service on my end and they mark me off for cheaping out on the shipping and choosing USPS…2.90 $ for shipping it takes four days to be delivered and then they get to mark me off WOW thinking about pulling down my hub until after christmas this is bull hockey and then some! Imput would be nice I have had USPS mess up 8 orders in the last six months WOW, but it is the most economical way to ship but the clients are marking me of when I did all the work super fast!
I doubt talking to USPS will solve anything, so really I would just choose UPS, Fedex, or choose a faster shipping option through USPS. I don’t have a hub, so I have little experience with this, but you could also put a description of typical shipping times so the customer is aware it can take 4 days to arrive even though you get the order fulfilled in a day.

but even then they cheap out! and select the cheapest service! fedex and ups I will support but customers don’t want to pay the extra money and then they count me off for delivery time… I like it but we still need a better solution! good though
I have never had an issue with USPS. I offer first class (2-8 days, priority (2-3 days), and priority exspress (1-2 days). Is USPS shipping within the 8 day maximum they specify? If so, then you should make sure your customers are aware that it may take up to 8 days when you are accepting an order.

I like it! they are searching for the third lost package of the last six months as we type lol, and refunding an express delivery for me as well! I think You are right i need to make sure this is clear before they pay! Thank You, but also I would love to see the option being disabled for “time” if we process and ship the order on the same day it was paid for by the client! I mean a zero day turn around and we get counted off for time? this is not right! Plus does not everyone know if you select the cheapest shipping rate for under three dollars that it may take some time lol or at least more time than the overnight charge of 20-35 dollars! in all fairness I have shipping to Florida in as little as 2 days…90% of the time for $2.90! but the other 10% oh boy lol. and please don’t get me wrong here I love usps when it works like it should! I have started a major investigation here in my hometown and love 99% of the staff but we are having issues somewhere along the line! I would rather ship packages with my normal mail man than take them to the station as I know they will be handled correctly.
if you get bad reviews because of the shipper is sitting with the thumb up his ass then write an email to 3dhubs support…
it has helped me with a “bad” customer once 
I mostly deal with pickup orders so i dont have the issue. As for shipping i dont offer anything without some sort of tracking. If “customers” pick another hub i could not care less. Better have a few good apples than a box with 99 rodden ones and 1 good one

I have the plant manager coming from Kansas City, to Springfield, Mo, to inspect our local plant, and also to meet with me personally! This has been an ongoing issue and we are going to get to the bottom of this! 3 packages in one week! I am ready to start sending camera gps trackers through the mail to see where they stop at lol… We will get to the bottom of this! and Thank God the last few clients I have had issues with on the shipping have understood…except for that one, but I just will refuse to do anymore work for them which sucks in its own right…, but hey We as hubers don’t want the bad feedback. I have had two at 4.8 and on each bad a review I do seem to notice a lag in orders for a while.
After the plant inspector gets finished and meets with me I will do a follow up post on this and report back with what I learn! Thank You all for your input! I really appreciate this and also IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD SERIOUS ISSUES WITH USPS LIST THEM HERE AND I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PASS THESE ALONG TO THIS PLANT INSPECTOR!!! thank you!
