After checking all details, I did try to confirm the correctness of the displayed information.

Now i did also receive a postcard from the USA to NL, showing the identification kode which has to be entered in the dashboard.

Now I am about to give up almost… what a disaster this confirmation - after 30 times entering the printed kode still the message is: Invalid …

How to solve???

Hi Hans,

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with our verification system. Sometimes, when trying to start the verification process, it’s possible to send multiple verification requests in a row, which overrides the codes that are sent out to you, with a newer code. If you could provide us with your code, we can see if we can verify you manually. However I would recommend sending in a ticket to Customer Support, instead of commenting on Talk.
