I recently tried to stay competitive with other nearby hubs and noticed I did not show up even when selecting my post code and setting the search by distance.

I checked my account and the location settings were blank with no address specified.

When I click edit hub from my hub page it takes me to a different page than I am used to seeing, less polished and setting my address on this page did not do anything, I had to go to my dashboard and set it again there.

Is this a known issue? Did I do something wrong? Screenshots attached.

Hey @Cory_Sinclair, is your dashboard now updated with your address and postcode? If not, I’d recommend contact customer support regarding your specific issue while I forward this to our devs as well. Let me know!

I was able to set my address again as if I had just started my hub and it seems to be okay now, i appear in search results again etc. Im just unsure of what caused it to reset in the first place, dont want to accidentally make it reset again
