Daniel from Leopoly was kind enough to share his experience with customizing and printing a vase and a fully functional clock, here’s an excerpt of the process to make your own:

- He started using Leopoly - Start from scratch app, and used a cylinder as base template

- Then he modified the shape of the cylinder to form the base of the clock

- With the “Engrave” tool he personalized the clock and added text and numbers:

- Then comes the 3D printing part, Daniel picked local hub FreeDee and asked them to print the model in duochrome using two different colors of filament, check our the result:

- Final step is adding a clock movement to make it fully functional, final result looks like that:

Pretty cool huh? Daniel also made a vase that looks really neat:
