Hello, I listed a printer some month ago. Now I have a new printer that I want to add, but I cannot find a way to do it. In my profile I cannot access to the list of my printers so I cannot do anything.

I’m in the waitlist as yu can see on the attached image. I inserted a desktop printer months ago, but now I bought an industrial printer and I would like to insert it, also considering that 3DHUBS is not considering makers with a desktop printer. Do you think I have to contact the support via e-mail?

The future of 3D printing is on the industrial side.
Typically if it’s not already listed within 3D Hub’s database you can make a request to add it.
There is a form you need to fill out to make the request, you need to include a link the manufacturer’s technical/specification sheet/website.
