I’ve got many parts that need to fit together with very little margin for error and For the most part things work until I get into a very finely detailed items that are extremely small and if the male female part is even .1 mm off it will not fit together without drilling out the hole larger.
But on other printers they fit together just fine, just not on mine. I’m told the printer needs calibration and possibly a change in the x Axis steps. I’ll print a 20mm calibration cube, but from there, what do I need to do? How do I know which axis is wrong? (If any) and how do I change the firmware of the printer settings to make sure all motors and programming are calibrated the best they can be?
