Tinkercad and Autodesk’s 123D software are good places to start! They are very easy to pick up and have some great learning resources.

Depends on the design, if its a mechanical components or if its more artistic/sculptural, as usually these two type of design use different pieces of software.but as stated by Alex the Autodesk 123D sweet covers most basic functions…

Hi Sabrina

You can try 3D Slash : efficient & fun 3D modeling software.

If you have your own design, you can drag&drop it to generate a mesh and garantee it for printing. If you want to design it from A to Z, you’ll be able to do it within a minute ! Give it a go & let us know !

and if you like playing, join our creation contest & unleash your creativity !
