I do not know how to change address. Please help to understand. How can I change address for my Hub?

Hey yuris_lesnik,

To change your address follow this:

  1. Click view dashboard (via your account icon next to the red 3D PRINT button)
  2. Click on edit my hub in the column
  3. Scroll down and you’ll find the addres

Hi!

I believe, I did as you say.

I did it two weeks ago!

I’m talking about the address next to the icon

I thought that it would change in a few days,

but this does not happen there is still my old address.

same for the map, my Hub location at the old address.

It does not help!

Nothing has changed.

On my hub page I am still the same with old address, on the map it is located on the other side of the city.

Do I really need to close my Hub and start new one?

Hey Yuris,

Yyou shouldn’t have to close the hub, just try and get in contact with the hub support team. They should better help
