I’ve got an application that needs very find resolution and the problem is that almost all 3D printers lie about their resolution. Yes, they have 15 micron step size or they have a laser that can image on 16 micron X,Y, but when I try to build 125 micron features they completely fail.
So my question is: what are the highest resolution 3D printers on this site and for the operators, do you actually feel you can achieve the resolutions they print on the side of the box?

I have now put in an order for the MAKEiT pro, resolution was part of my decision and the unique dual extrusion features were the other factor.
I do more functional small parts (screws, nuts, enclosures) than character miniatures, I have heard from a couple of people who do miniatures that they are using resin printers now.
I appreciate your reply, but the examples you gave all look at least an order of magnitude greater than the resolution I need. I’ve got some results form SLA from several companies but performance didn’t meet advertised specs. I"m a little frustrated with my results thus far honestly.
The current highest resolution printer to my knowledge are still the Objet polyjet machines. Have you tried a print with those? What are you material requirements? I can connect you with a hub if you let me know the material you are looking for.
Yeah, that was one of the companies I’m working with directly and they have been unable to build the part. I’m working directly with them now so we’ll see where that goes. I’m looking to see if there’s anything I missed.
