I want to 3D Print small working gear parts for a project. The problem is that the parts are very small and require High resolution 3D printers that could print with 0.1mm (zero point one mm) of precision. Could anyone please suggest me what type of printing should I go for. I have already tried FDM (with 100 microns setting) and it didn’t work out. Please suggest. Thank you.

You’ll probably want to use an SLS service (Strong and flexible nylon on 3d hubs) or possibly SLA (resin), as long as it’s a strong resin. FDM could work with a very small nozzle, though the smallest I’ve seen is 0.15mm (so the smallest feature size is 0.15mm), and not many people with have one and/or be able to successfully use it.
