Ok so I bought the X5S a few months ago and when building discovered that the heat bed thermistor was bad. No big deal, I got on Amazon to order another and well one thing led to another. I now have a Tronxy X5S running ramps 1.4, 24v heat bed power isolated with a mosfet, and an E3D volcano hotend. I’ve up graded the belt paths and added auto bed leveling. The issue I’m having now is that the z axis motos will not lift the bed. I’ve aligned and realigned to near perfection and also added dry lubricant to threaded rods and lithium grease to the guide rods. Nothing seems to be helping. It will lift a little but acts like it binds up. It will however lower with no issue. Please help. I just want to print some stuff.
have you adjusted the stepper drivers?
in most cases the do not give the stepper motors enough power to lift
lowering does not require much
