Hello,
I am new to 3d printing, I have had my printer for a few months now.
The problem I am facing is that my spool motor isn’t feeding the filament. Its not even turning, I have tried the On board filament feed and retract settings and the motor is still not spinning. It was working before and all the connections are tight can anyone give some insite?

Anycubic i3 mega

Most machines have a setting that the motor wont extrude unless the hotend is at X temperature (usually 180+), is the machine heated?
If it is, it’s possible the motor is fried and you’ll need a new one, usually around $10-15 each.
