HELP! Can't find any info on how to run the TronXY x5s

I have recently purchased a TronXY X5S. The build went fine, but now what? There isn’t a manual to speak of. How do I load the filament? What temperature does the bed need to be? What temperature does the nozzle need to be? How do I zero the print nozzle. Why won’t it recognize the Obj. file on the “microscopic” SD card.

None of this is addressed anywhere on the internet either! I think this is very poor business Of TronXY to show videos of how to build their machines, but not one has steps to run them. Can anyone help? I was excited to get going, but now it’s just sitting there gathering dust. Any suggestions? David M.

It’s basically like this:
Cura needs to know you use a Marlin compatible printer, the size of its ( heatable ) printbed, the height to which it can print, and the number of extruders.
After that you might have to adjust the position of the printheads relative to each other, and that’s it.
