check the motherboard underneth see if anything has come undone .
Thanks for the things to check. Just put everything back to check if any change. Still nothing! All is connected, unless there is a broken wire in the cable that goes to the head, then…! Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram or a connection diagram for the motherboard? because I think that’s the only thing left to do is to trace all the wires!!!
Thanks Adagio for the wiring diagram, its made things a lot easier. Everything is tight at the board end. but there is no connection at the printing head end!!
As the printer is still under warrantee I’ve contacted the supplier and they are sending out 2 thermocouples. So thank all of you for all the help you’ve given me. Now Now waiting for the post. In the meantime with nothing to do I’ll clean the nozzles.
As a matter of interest are the nozzles M8 x 0.4mm or M6 x 0.4mm? As i’ve seen both advertised for sale along with a lot of different size holes!!!

I have this same problem. I checked all the hard ware it just stopped while heating up after three or four good prints. So I let it cool-unplugged it and plugged it back in. The na went away, however, briefly. When I selected preheat it changed its status to na again. We did not get our CTC through a program that offers warranties or support.
We did try a factory restart. Nothing helped I broke down and looked over the code for the slicing software ran some manual tests and I was unable to heat the hot end through the board or slicing program. It seems unresponsive as if it doesn’t see any hotend in at all.
Any suggestions?
