Hello,
We are having quality problems in parts made with our Objet 24, and maybe it is because of a Head Alignment issue. It has been a while that after performing Head Alignment, when prompt to uptate parameters, click Yes, when I go back to Objet Studio or Job manager I get “Can’t Receive data from machine. Use default parameters?” Does anyone know why this is? Or maybe where the System parameter files are saved? In O24 computer or Host computer, in which folder?

I haven’t used this machine but it sounds like it might be an issue between the machine and the host computer, do you think resetting that link may help?

Yes we did a new connection and full reinstallation of software, and problem remains.
