I just recently bought and assembled the He3d ei3 printer. I’ve been working on getting the print settings just right this past week. I have only completed on successful print so far. I went to start a new print and in the middle of the first layer I get a heater decoupled error and everything stops. I checked the thermistor on the nozzle and it reads temp change from my hand, but the nozzle itself is now not heating. I checked the connections and every other heating element and everything works except the heater for that nozzle. I am a beginner when it comes to 3d printing and I feel like I’m stumbling in the dark.
