Looks great, what’s the issue? OK, it would help if I had a little history and some detail about your settings/printer, BUT, the obvious things are that there is not enough plastic and it is not sticking together or to the bed.

Material used
Hotend temp
First layer temp
Bed temp (if any)
Layer height
First layer height
Type of extruder (direct or Bowden)
I was going to reply also but with no info it really does no one any good to just make guesses!!
I would want to know what the bed is. Why the tape? Is it really needed?
