I need some custom lego technic bricks for a build I am doing so I started to look it up and found https://printabrick.org/ which has a lot of models so I downloaded a few and printed them on my Pursa i3 MK3 using PLA and visually they look very good but the top studs seem to be too small to connect to official bricks or other printed bricks. The bottom connects just fine to official bricks. I tested each of the studs and they seem to be consistently the same amount too small so I have a feeling that this is an issue with the model I downloaded and not the printer accuracy.
Here are some of my printed bricks next to official bricks.
Has anyone been able to print lego compatible bricks properly? If so where did you source your models.
The problem is LEGO bricks are within tolerance of 0.01mm, You will likely need to look at dimensions and recreate them to get them to work for you. Make a few variations of top stud diameter until you get one that works close enough.

It’ s possible to adjust the dimensions, just redisgned them with any Cad program. You can make contact with me on www.3dgvd.be
Do you still provide prints in PTCPE? 3dhubs doesnt offer that option anymore
