Dogs can be dangerous around children, especially if it is a child’s first pet. Without knowledge of how to treat the animal, it could become scared or agitated and instinctively bite in self defense. This project developed by designer Jacob Stanton focused on making a toy designed to teach children the basics of not scaring the animal and avoiding dangerous interactions like pulling the tail or ears.
