How are we supposed to get 45m response times? I often get orders sent to me in the middle of the night and over weekends. It just isn’t possible to respond in that timeframe!
What are other people doing to meet this dream response time?

People use SMS autoresponders, whick makes all “Response Time” complete nonsense.
