I have had this printer now for a couple of months and have produced exactly zero successful prints. The main problem from day 1 has been that the printer will not feed and extrude filament. I had it working for about 30 minutes of printing once and walked away from the machine. When I came back the print was incomplete and looks to have quit during the first hour. I have tried 0.4 and 0.6mm nozzles and extruder temps starting at 190c up to 205c in 5 degree increments. I am using the supplied Cura slicer and settings. I have followed all instructions very closely. Always the same result - either the printer does not start extruding at all or it stops after a short while.

I am ready to throw this thing in the dumpster!

Hi @TAHammerton can you see whether the extruder motor and/or knurled wheel is turning? In other words, is the machine trying to extrude, but the filament isn’t going through, or is the extruder simply not feeding the hot end? Have you checked the feed mechanism for clogging - if the extruder jammed at some point it’s possible it’s now clogged and not feeding correctly.

Not so simple unfortunately. The wheel is turning and it has caused some epic jams. For some reason the extruder gets clogged and it keeps trying to feed. And if it keeps feeding when nothing comes out of the extruder you get a spaghetti mess inside the printhead which is hard to clean up. There was a gap between the wheel and the guide tube and they are not particularly well aligned.
I have am high temp extruder and some carbon infused nylon filament, so I think I will try putting that on and seeing what happens.

We are having the same issue. Almost identical issue. If you come up with a solution please advise…
