Dont know if anyone can help with this. I was in the middle of finishing some important work for someone and my extruder stopped moving plastic. When I tell it to extrude the motor will just go back and forth slightly but not pull the plastic in. Electrical Connections are tight, I’ve changed local ribbon cables but not the one that splits to the controller electronics box. Not sure what to make of it, can anyone help?

Yes thank you, I know Ada she helped me get my machine up and running. I believe we worked it out, seem to have isolated the problem to a bad ribbon cable between the extruders and the electronic control box.
