Anyone built a DIY Flsun 300x300x420mm Plus I3 3D Printer Kit with Heated Bed and Dual Extruder w\Touch screen? I am in the process and have a problem with the chimera extruder setup. In short There is no clearance for one of the guide wheels and I am still waiting to hear from Flsun. Any advise is appreciated

Hi Roberto_84,
FLSUN sent me an stl of the mount that was supposed to (but did not) fit. I ended up using Sketchup to draw a mount and printed it on my other printer. I can send the stl to you if you have access to another printer. I have since changed to a capacatince sensor and a glass bed which i also had to draw and print the mount for.

Thanks for your rapid answer.
I worked on all night and yet manually modified piece.
I also ordered a glass plated cause aluminium plate is too low positioned…
I hope to print my first piece today.
I have touchscreen but it show only 1 extruder parameters, have you needed to update screen firmware to show parameters for both extruders?

I moved the extruded platform to the bottom of the bar.

I also used some plastic sheet stock to make a auto level sensor mount. But it will still work with the printed sensor mount.
