My Finder just did an update, it said to reboot so I did. But now ever time I turn it on it shows the blue loading screen then switches off.
Can anyone help?
Mine does the same, it starts to boot - when the loading bar ends, it says write file success or something like that and shuts down… I haven’t found any solution yet…

I actually managed to fix it myself. I turned it on, quickly connected it to my PC and clicked update on my PC. Not really to sure how i got it working but it’s working now
I actually got a reply back from Flashforge showing a solution, Here it is:
"Thank you for your reaching out.
Please take the TF card out, and switch it on to see whether it will come to the Menu page or not. You can take a video for us to check.
TF card locate at the motherboard, you can reach it after the back black cover is removed. Here are some pictures for your reference."
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried that boot and update and so tactics but no luck I opened the rear cover to remove the TF-card but it has been sealed with glue or some sort of sealant… I wonder what happens to warranty if I remove that… maybe I’ll take it to the dealer…

Maybe contact them yourself just to be sure
I’ll take the printer to dealer, easier that way… and don’t have to worry about the warranty!
