When homing the carriage constantly bumps and then fails to home. I have a feeling that end stop sensor cable has been worn out. Tried to replace x-axis motor cable, but this does not help.

Yep, looks like the end-stop cable. I don’t know how the Finder compares to the Creator Pro, but the Creator Pro comes with fairly low-quality cables for the end-stops and the printer tends to eat them. After a couple of replacements on my Creator within several months, I ended up making a custom end-stop cable using an old piece of antenna-rotor wire – i.e. wire that was designed to be flexed and moved a lot. That was nearly two years ago and I haven’t had anymore problems from it.
While it’s most likely the cable only, it’s possible it could be your end-stop sensor itself. You can try swapping them around and/or activating it by hand. The end-stops on the Creator have a little LED that lights when they trigger. Don’t know if the Finder does too or not, but if it does, you can try triggering it by hand and see if it lights. You can also try swapping cables with another axis to see if the problem moves to that other axis.
Thank you dewisna. Apologies for late reply. Thank you for the update. I did try to press x-axis end switch and manually move the carriage along X-axis. Sometimes it works, sometimes does not. Also, End stop switch does woks (led flashes when the switch is constantly pressed). Where can I get a spare cable for replacement? Could you please point me?

You can find replacement cables on places like eBay or Amazon. Or you can get them directly from Flashforge. If you Google “flashforge endstop cable”, you’ll find several sources. Most all of them are about the same quality as the originals.
If you want a better quality cable, you could make a custom do-it-yourself replacement, as I did, but that does require some basic electronic skills and either a special crimping tool and/or soldering iron.
